Standards
- Consistent structure
- Every template has an instructions tab, example data and a version history.
- No passwords stored
- Credential fields record location (e.g. password manager vault), never secrets.
- Review dates
- Every record type has a review cycle.
- Accessible formats
- Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs and Notion where relevant.
- Licensing
- Single-Organisation Licence by default; Multi-Client Licence (+GHS 300 per product) for consultants and MSPs.
